Whether it’s a torn rotator cuff, knee, shoulder or back injury chances are I have developed a rehab program for after the physical therapy is completed. I started working out with Jeannine about a year or so ago. I’ve never worked out consistently before, least of all with a trainer. Jeannine is an awesome person and trainer. She’s very patient and encouraging, positive and professional. She pushes you, but not to the point where you feel completely overwhelmed. She’s got a great personality and good sense of humor too, which always help to get you through the hour long sessions. I’ve lost 20 pounds over the last year and my numbers (blood pressure, blood sugars, etc.) have all come down. I’ve been Type 1 Diabetic for the last 36 years. For the most part I work out with Jeannine 3x per week. We’ve even gone bike riding and walking together to up the cardio. component of my program.
